2x tips how to use vanilla ice-cream. (Ne place inghetata de vanilie cu placinta de mere si un ceai racoros)


1st)   hot apple pie with 1 generous spoon of vanilla ice-cream and hazelnuts

Ingredients

Crust

1
box of refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box

Filling*

cups thinly sliced, peeled apples (6 medium)
3/4
cup sugar

tablespoons all-purpose flour
3/4
teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4
teaspoon salt
1/8
teaspoon ground nutmeg
1
tablespoon lemon juice





  • 1Heat oven to 425°F. Place 1 pie crust in ungreased 9-inch glass pie plate. Press firmly against side and bottom.
  • 2In large bowl, gently mix filling ingredients; spoon into crust-lined pie plate. Top with second crust. Wrap excess top crust under bottom crust edge, pressing edges together to seal; flute. Cut slits or shapes in several places in top crust.
  • 3Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender and crust is golden brown. Cover edge of crust with 2- to 3-inch wide strips of foil after first 15 to 20 minutes of baking to prevent excessive browning. Cool on cooling rack at least 2 hours before serving.



    2nd)  Vanilla IceCream Tea! 

    What you need: 
    Vanilla Tea 
    Peach/Vanilla Ice Cream 

    Brown sugar
    and .... colorful straws :) 





    1st step)  Make the vanilla and caramel Tea >> has to be cold when ....
    2nd step) You add the vanilla and peach ice-cream in the glass 
    3rd step) Add a small spoon of brown sugar or/and mint for a fresh look 

    Decorate with a cool straw and enjoy!

Watermelon Summer Cake (Tort de vara cu pepene rosu)

Ingredients: 
Watermelon
Cream 
Kiwi 
Wild Berries 
Strawberries 
Wild Fruit Muesli

Scoici cu mix de legume japonez

Pentru o masa usoara de seara recomand cu incredere aceasta reteta usor de preparat, sanatoasa si delicioasa. 

Pentru 2 portii avem nevoie de: 
250 gr Scoici (de data aceasta am optat pentru midii congelate, gata curatate)
25 gr unt
1x ceapa verde
2 catei mici usturoi
praz
morcovi
ciuperci 
telina
jumatate ingurita de sare si piper
1 ardei rosu mic
lamaie 

1 step: 

Am taiat 1 legatura de ceapa verde si usturoiul


 2) Am pus untul la topit pe foc mic
 3) Se adauga si usturoiul ....
 4) Cand untul este complet topit adaugam si scoicile congelate
 5) Dupa cca. 1 min se adauga si ceapa verde. Lasam 1 min sa se intrepadrunda bine ceapa cu usturoiul si scoicile. Atentie, la foc mic!
 6) Adaugam si legumele taiate fasii rectangulare subtiri. Se adauga sare si piper. Cand legumele au inceput sa se inmoaie, adauga si ardeiul rosu.
 Dupa 7 minute asa arata scoicile noastre cu legume in stil japonez.
Se stropeste cu suc stors de la o jumatate de lamaie si ... Shokuyoku! (Pofta buna!)
